Although red wines are generally served at between 14-18 degrees celsius (room temperature), it is ideal to refrigerate your reds to 14 degrees to tame the high alcohol and acidity levels.

Place red wines in the fridge for approximately 30 – 40 minutes before serving. Alternatively, freeze table grapes and utilize them as “ice blocks” instead of adding dreadful ice cubes to your wines.Red grapes for red wines and white grapes for white wines Re-use as needed!

Serve with light pates, charcuteries and biscuits instead of roasts.
