Viognier is a vibrant, distinct wine with marmalade, honey and wholesome peaches as well as orange blossom flavours, integrated with subtle toasty French oak aroma. The wine has a creamy mouthfeel with nutmeg and apricot flavours lingering on the aftertaste.

Viognier Limited Release possesses the potential to develop full-bodied wines with a lush, soft character. The wine should be served colder than room temperature so that it can contribute to the full, exquisite flavours of the wine.

Terroir: East and South facing slopes with lots of morning and midday sun.
In the Cellar
The wine was barrel fermented in new French oak barrels for 11 months.
